Refund policy

Because we sell digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, the following policy applies to all purchases from [Store Name].

**Software license keys (Windows, Office, Adobe, etc.):**
- Every key is checked before delivery and comes with a **30-day replacement guarantee**. If your key fails activation, contact us with your order number and we will replace it free of charge, usually within 1–2 hours.
- Refunds are issued **only if we cannot provide a working replacement key**. Once a key has been delivered or activated, refunds are not available.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring their device meets the product requirements listed on the product page.

**Subscription & account products (TradingView, streaming, AI tools):**
- If your subscription stops working before the purchased duration ends, contact us for a free repair or replacement within 24 hours.
- No refunds for partial usage. If we cannot restore your service, we offer a prorated store credit or replacement of equal value.

**Chargebacks / payment disputes:**
- If you have an issue, contact us first ([email] / WhatsApp [number]) — we resolve almost everything within hours. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension from our store.
