**Q: How do I activate Windows 11 / Office?**
A: A step-by-step activation guide is attached to your delivery email. In short: Settings → System → Activation → Change product key → enter your key → activate. For Office: sign in at office.com/setup with your key.

**Q: Will the key work on my PC?**
A: Check the requirements on the product page (64-bit PC, etc.). Windows 11 keys work worldwide and support your language. If in doubt, WhatsApp us before buying.

**Q: Is this a subscription or one-time payment?**
A: Windows and Office 2021 products are **one-time lifetime payments**. Microsoft 365, Netflix, Spotify, Gemini, TradingView, and Adobe products are subscriptions for the duration stated (1 month / 3 months / 1 year).

**Q: What if my key doesn't work?**
A: Contact us with your order number and a screenshot — you'll get a free replacement, usually within 1–2 hours. 30-day replacement guarantee on all keys.

**Q: Can I use the same key on two computers?**
A: Each key activates the number of devices stated on the product page (usually 1 PC). Buying a second key is cheaper than a license breach.
